How to use the oils Massage Bathing Fragrance Blend 4-5 drops of an essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil. The ratio should be halved for children and the elderly. Add 6 drops of an essential oil to the bath, or alternatively blend with a carrier oil for added moisture. To produce a relaxing fragrance, put 4-5 drops of the essential oil in a burner for no longer than 20 minutes.
